The Tanzania Immunization Technical Advisory Group (TITAG) was established by the Ministry of Health in November 2016 and finally, members were appointed officially by Minster for Health on 20th January 2017. The first members of the TITAG served for the period of 2017 to 2021. Currently, the second term (2021-2024) TITAG serves as both a technical resource and a deliberative body to provide scientific evidence-based recommendations to the Ministry of Health on all immunization-related issues.
