Market (feasibility)

Available vaccines, licensing status, prequalification status, presentation, formulation, dosage and route of administration

There is currently one maternal RSV Pre-F vaccine (Abrysvo®, Pfizer) and two long-action mAbs, nirsevimab (Beyfortus®, Sanofi) and clesrovimab (Enflonsia®, MSD), that have received marketing authorisation.^{Go to footnote 11} Two additional mAbs received market authorization in China.^{Go to footnote 22, Go to footnote 33}

Currently only the RSV Pre-F maternal vaccine (Abrysvo®, Pfizer) is WHO prequalified.^{Go to footnote 44} The multidose vial presentation was also prequalified by WHO, on 24 August 2026.^{Go to footnote 44}
