procedures for developing the recommendations

This document details the procedures for the development of  a recommendation in order to:

• establish or modify a vaccine strategy (procedure called RECOVAC),
• define the conditions for integrating a vaccine into an established vaccine strategy (the so-called AVIVAC procedure).
