Overview
Supports evidence collection and synthesis during the optimization process. Contains a data collection planning matrix for assigning indicators, data sources and responsible leads; an evidence synthesis sheet for consolidating findings; and an optional evidence template. Countries can populate it following Workshop 1 to organise and track evidence collection in preparation for Workshop 2.
