Facilitates Workshop 1, providing a structured process to agree on the NVI-PST methodology, timeframe, vaccine candidates, prioritization criteria and the evidence collection plan. Countries can populate it with their national context, incorporating survey results (PRIO 1.2) and adapting the agenda, vaccine list and workplan slides to reflect their exercise.
