These STIKO vaccination recommendations were endorsed in the 103rd STIKO meeting. This version replaces the previous STIKO vaccination recommendations published in Epidemiologisches Bulletin (Epid Bull) 4/2022 of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI). Differences between this publication and the previous one are marked in blue writing as well as with a blue line on either side of the new text. Major changes to the previous publication of 2022 concern the vaccine preventable diseases of Monkeypox (Mpox) and yellow fever. The respective scientific rationales for the STIKO recommendations have already been published in Epid Bull as well as on the websites of the RKI (www.stiko.de).
STIKO vaccination recommendations were updated on 25.05.2023 and the COVID-19 vaccination recommendation is now included in the main document (s. pages 6, 8, 16 and the Statement on the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination into the general STIKO recommendations 2023).
