Abstract
The Union of the Comoros has just set up the Technical Advisory Group on Immunization, to strengthen the health system in general and more specifically the national vaccination program. The establishment of this independent body will give credibility to the process of taking major political decisions in this area and thus strengthen the legitimacy of the national immunization program.
