Abstract
  • Strongly promote adherence to COVID-19 vaccination, based on trust technique that maintains on the vaccines authorized for use in Chile and the positive results of effectiveness. Along with evaluating the contribution of vaccination to provide protection to the population against COVID-19, the CAVEI recognizes the essential contribution of the population to the achievement of good health outcomes public for their adherence to vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 reflected in discharges vaccination coverage

  • Continue bringing the vaccination opportunity closer to the population – extramural vaccination and mobile vaccination – to workplaces, public places and populations that present minors toppings.

  • Reinforce risk communication around COVID-19 and messages about the importance, need and safety of COVID-19 vaccination in different formats and adapt content according to the target population.

  • Keep the requirement of the mobility pass up to date for access to services and places commercial or public use, given the importance of continuing to protect the population of the risk of infection by SARS-CoV-2 and of becoming ill with COVID-19.

  • Consider developing and implementing an injury compensation program caused by vaccines, which are rare.

  • Encourage and educate the population regarding the benefits of vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases in general and against SARS-CoV-2 in particular. Incorporate in the school education program basic concepts in relation to vaccines and the relevance of the immunization process, including teachers and students.
